Speaker Bio
Kim Barnes is the CEO of Barnes & Conti Associates, Inc., of Berkeley, California, an independent leadership development firm. Kim is the author or co-author of three business books, including Exercising Influence: Making Things Happen at Work, at Home, and In Your Community (Wiley, 2005) and many articles. Her fiction debut, Murder on the 33rd Floor, was a tongue-in-cheek corporate mystery, the first in a series, with an internal organizational consultant as the protagonist. She recently published the second book in the series, Murder on Retreat.
Consulting on the Inside (ASTD Press) was co-authored with Beverly Scott and Self-Navigation: A Compass for Guiding Your Life and Career, was coauthored with Aviad Goz , the founder of Momentum Group and Chief Visionary Office of N.E.W.S.

Kim currently lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two cats. When she is not traveling, writing books or articles, speaking at conferences, or designing and presenting workshops, she can often be found behind a camera.
