WHY IT WORKS: I am a lawyer just like you/future you (being a lawyer is my day job when I am not coaching!) and I have been through the ups and downs of going to law school, taking the Bar exam (I’ve taken and passed two of them), and looking for a legal job, so I can understand your unique challenges and relate to your frustrations. I have also helped dozens of law students and lawyers take control of their professional development and achieve their life and career goals, so I have the experience to draw from for each client. I am also a certified John Maxwell Team Leadership Coach, Speaker, & Trainer, and certified Christian life coach, and Maxwell Method DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant. But aside from a proven track record and certifications, my listening skills, ability to ask the right questions, and skill in breaking down big ideas into an actionable plan makes coaching with me work.

Roberta earned her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She is a member of the District of Columbia and State of Maryland Bars.
